The entrance to the property is up a small slope, there are no steps to access the property.

Once you enter the property the bathroom is directly on the left, the kitchen is in front of you, the lounge is up a small slope. The double and twin bedrooms come off of the lounge.
There are no stairs within the property.
Sitting Room/Lounge
The lounge has a 3 seat and 2 seat sofa
There is a television with Free Sat box and DVD player connected.
There are 2 windows and 2 doors providing natural light though out the day with 2 over head lights and 2 lamps for the evening. all windows and doors in this room have blinds.
You can access the back garden through the lounge via a small step or from the front door you can walk around.

the dining area is located in the lounge with 1 table and 4 chairs

The kitchen has Vinyl flooring.

The kitchen consists of a cooker, microwave, fridge with ice box, toaster and kettle.

In the twin room there is a metal framed bunk bed, chest of draws, mirror, and lamps.

The bathroom is a wet room so only has a shower (no bath).
