Introduction
144 is located in a small hamlet of Norton on a working farm within the South Downs National Park. The cottage is perfect for people who enjoy walking as footpaths lead to South Downs Way. The property comprises of a double and twin room sleeping 4 people. This cottage has a cot and highchair available on request. Unfortunately this cottage is not suitable for wheelchair bound people. Key Collection and Car Parking
The keys to the property are located in a key safe. The key safe number is provided with your information packs along with directions.
There is space to park two cars on the driveway
Entrance to Property
The entrance to the property is through a small courtyard, there are no steps to access the property
Halls, Stairs, Landings, Passageways ·
There are 2 steps leading to the bathroom and w/c. ·
There are also steep stairs leading to both bedroom ·
All the stairs are carpeted.
Sitting Room/Lounge
There is a small step into the lounge.
The lounge has a 3 seat sofa and 2 arm chairs.
There is a TV with free view and DVD player.
There are 2 windows and 1 door to the garden which provides natural light within the property.
A small back garden can be accessed through the lounge.
The floor is carpeted.
Dining Room
The dining area is located in the kitchen with 1 table and 4 chairs.
Kitchen
The kitchen has Vinyl flooring

The kitchen consists of a cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster and kettle.
Bedrooms and Sleeping Areas
The bedrooms are located on the first floor.
There are 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 twin room.

The bathroom and W/C are located down 2 steps

The bathroom has a bath with shower over.

There is a small courtyard at the front of the cottage which has a shed with wood for the open fire within the cottage and the dustbin.·
There is also a small garden at the back of the property which is accessed through the lounge. ·
Garden furniture is supplied in the summer months.
