Jeffreys Barn
Jeffreys Barn is a 1 Bedroom bungalow conversion, situated in a small hamlet called Norton in East Sussex. We are nicely tucked away from the busy world, whilst still being close enough to the town (about 10 minutes in the car).
Norton is conveniently situated for Walkers who want to explore the South Downs. We are roughly a 2-mile walk via footpaths to the South Downs Way.
The open plan living area and Kitchen has all you will need, induction hob, fridge (icebox), dishwasher, microwave, Kettle and Toaster. There is a dining table and chairs to seat 2 people. There is a large comfortable sofa to sit back and relax after a long day where you can watch a film on the smart TV or just relax with the patio doors open.
Jeffreys Barn sleeps 2 People in our king-size bed. All the beds are made up for guests’ arrival with fresh white sheets and towels for each guest. There is one step down from the living room into the Bedroom. From the bedroom you access the bathroom where you will a luxury roll top bathtub, Shower area and a lovey big mirror.
Jeffreys Barn has a patio area which has seats and a table, there is also a grassed area. There is parking for 1 car and a gate which can be shut behind you If you wish. We have a small animal paddock where we usually have a pig or some sheep grazing the ground. Which can be seen from the patio and is fenced off from the grass area for Jeffreys Barn.
The heating inside the barn is all underfloor and is managed using the thermostats in the lounge and the bedroom. The lighting through the property Is given from up lighting LEDs, and Lamps.
There is Wi-Fi available throughout the property.
Farm tours are usually available on request, depending on the weather and staff availability.
