The spacious kitchen at 144, designed for your culinary adventures! Equipped with an induction hob, fan oven, and microwave, you have everything you need to whip up delicious meals. A fridge freezer keeps your ingredients fresh, while the dining table comfortably seats four. For your convenience, a washer dryer is included, and a highchair is available upon request.

Our inviting living room, where a cozy open fire awaits you after a day full of adventures. Enjoy the entertainment options with a TV and a diverse selection of books on the shelf—feel free to take a book with you if you can't finish it here! In the cupboard, you'll discover a wealth of local leaflets to help you explore the area, along with a small selection of toys for our young guests to enjoy.

Our charming cottage features two bedrooms on the first floor. You'll find a comfortable double bedroom complete a built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, and two bedside tables, as well as a delightful twin room with two single beds, a chest of drawers, and a bedside table. We ensure all beds are up with fresh white sheets and provide towels for each guest, and a travel cot is available upon request for your convenience.

The bathroom, conveniently located just two steps down from the kitchen. This space features a relaxing bath with an overhead shower, a washbasin, and a separate toilet room. For those chilly evenings you’ll appreciate the downflow heater that ensures comfort and warmth.

Perfect for enjoying the evening sun and the beautiful countryside views. The rotary washing line adds convenience, while the small back garden offers a peaceful retreat. You'll find a handy front shed for bicycle storage and firewood for your first cozy fire, with additional wood available at nearby garages and garden centers. Plus, there's a private driveway that accommodates up to three cars for convenience.

Stay connected with Wi-Fi available throughout the property. Well-behaved dogs are welcome at Norton Farm, but please keep under close control as we're a busy working farm. Farm tours are usually available upon request depending on the weather and staff availability. The primary heating comes from two electric heaters, one located in the lounge and another at the top of stairs. You're also welcome to use the open fire when you're at home, but please remember not to leave it unattended for safety. We hope you enjoy your visit!
