Norton Farm is situated within an area of outstanding natural beauty close to the coast between Newhaven and Seaford. A large part of the farm is under the South Downs Environmentally Sensitive Area Management agreement. The Farm is home to the Norton herd of pedigree South Devon cattle.

The cottage is semi-detached in a peaceful rural location on our 1,300-acre farm in Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is an ideal location for touring the South East. We are situated between Seaford and Newhaven in a small hamlet called Norton.

The ferry to Dieppe in France is just over 2 miles away. The South Downs, Seven Sisters Country Park and Beachy Head are all ideal for walkers. There are many historic towns to visit including Lewes, Hastings, Battle and Rye.

For shoppers there are good shopping centres at Brighton, Eastbourne and Hastings. Theatres and Cinemas are available in Brighton and Eastbourne
